Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you have the best shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction matters to us—and we’re committed to resolving issues if something goes wrong with your order.
Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final.
Damages, Issues & Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other non-quality-related reason.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will promptly review the issue and work to resolve it.
Our refund window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.
To be eligible for a refund, we may require proof of the received item(s) (e.g., photos of the damage or issue). Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and are typically approved only for the following reasons:

Once we assess your claim, we will send you a confirmation email indicating whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Cancellation and Restock Fee:
In the event of a canceled order, a fee of 5% will be applied if order is cancelled after 24 hours.
Certain custom projects/ orders may require a deposit. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Please note that we are not responsible for Insufficient or Incorrect Address:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
To help avoid delays or additional fees, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Trademark & Copyright Responsibility:
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our designs complies with all applicable trademark and copyright laws. If you choose to share or post our designs publicly, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any legal consequences or claims that may arise from the misuse of our products or intellectual property in connection with your business or personal use
