Orders are processed within 1–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over CA$150.00 (before taxes and after discounts).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may be an extra charged. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You may have the option to select your preferred carrier at checkout, depending on your location.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at viascreativecompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Local Pickup & Delivery Options (if applicable)
We offer local pickup for your convenience. The pickup location will be shared with you once your order is confirmed.
You’ll receive an email or message when your order is ready, and we’ll arrange a mutually agreed upon pickup time.
We also offer local delivery for an additional fee, depending on your location. Delivery times and pricing will be discussed and confirmed between both parties prior to dispatch
8. Changes to Terms/Policies
We may update these policies, terms and/or conditions at any time without notice. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
